We are passionate about system inclusive therapy – involving your support network and family in the work we do.

We specialise in –

  • Working with Women, and their support networks, antenatally and post-partum
  • Working with young people and adults regarding improving their mental health
  • Working with families

We utilise evidence based, eclectic and creative approaches, drawing on the science of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help people take the steps they need to improve their quality of life and relationships.
